looks cool, great atmosphere!
the refs on the side look a bit strange to me.

very cool
i love the dark scene and still be able to really see the car
lights on and glow on the ground looks great

i used the url too see it bigger and going from that i think you got a very cool style
some things can be improved on like on getting some lines looking more crisp

also the ref lines could be less wobbely and that would look better

but i like it
