On the small size this looks like a really nice chop - the impreza front bumper and other parts of the design work really well, and the whole chop looks awesome 
However, when I view it bigger, as with many of your other chops, there are some issues with the quality
Jagged selections (use the pen tool, 0.2px feather), blurry parts, low quality grainy parts and door lines that are too thick.
What I'd recommend to you is working in higher resolution, and really spending time on making your selections neat smooth and tidy, and checking that all donor parts are of perfect quality - if you do that I think a promotion to inter is not out of the question
