wow, that looks really cool! I really like the black and white colour combination.
There are some issues though. Some jagged lines, when using pen tool for selections, change feather radius to 0,2 or 0,3 pixels, that should probably fix it. Mirrors are very toony. Also you should get rid of that water reflection, that's all wrong. Reflections like this big and clear are quite hard to get right.
