The usual term for this is "Toony" - this is a problem we all have when we start to brush, because paint reflections are very hard!
The biggest cause for this is not having enough contrast between light and dark areas of paint, which I think is what has happened here - you need to be brave about putting on colour, if you can find a reference that shows the darkest and lightest shades of colour. Here's an example of what I mean, just done really quickly on the side of your golf:
This takes practice, so keep trying
Everything else on the chop looks great though - an awesome looking design, and nicely fitted backdrop - there's a lot of good stuff here
