Let's clear this up a little.
I can see from the chop, that YOU DID USE THE BASE YOU POSTED, however, you have copied and pasted/rebrushed the reflections from the other crx over the top.
This is something that we try to avoid - copying and pasting reflections and parts entirely from another car of the same make and model, and almost the same angle really doesn't require massive amounts of skill - it just wastes your time. You may as well have started with the donor car as a base, instead of using another. You would achieve the same effect. So basically, just some kind words of advice - try to use a range of donors from different angles, and preferably not the same model of car
As for the chop:
Ignoring what was mentioned above, it's quite a nice looking chop, if you had started with the blue one as a base then I'd say the same - a lovely colour with nice reflections in a very suitable backdrop that makes a really nice atmosphere.
The mods you've chosen work well too
There are a few small mistakes though, the main one being that the Hi-Res is a tiny picture, but also that the rear rim is off.
Other than that it's a very nice looking image, especially with that extra text - so just take note of our advice for next time
