Totally wrong perspective. You should try easier backgrounds because it is hard at this level to fit car in bg properly.
Paint looks too 'dirty' - I mean there are two kinds of yellow and it looks bad. There are a lot of unfinished places. You should make more 'clean' side - i mean, better reflections, sharper.
