That poor Ferrari owner is about to get a huge repair bill at the body shop when the entire front bumper gets ripped off from the sidewalk.

Joking aside, you should give the car some distance between the bumper and the sidewalk. Also, the car looks very much like it was just dropped into the background, you should do some color correction (color balance adjustment layer) and also add some hot spots to help blend the background and the car.

Your shadows are very harsh. Notice the shadows in the rest of the background. They're softer and have a cooler tint.

This is a very very good looking ferrari, I never thought the color and wheels combo would suit this, great work!

And I very much agree with josephnicklo, great tips.

The car just needs some highlights for it to blend in with the photo (reflection spots from the sun)
the side mirror's italian stripes is good idea, but needs to bend with the shape of the mirror.

If you dont mind, I quickly added a few things onto you ferrari to show you what I would of done to make it blend in better.
