very nice and clean. Beautiful rims. I prefer the second background as well but you have to remove the blue hue from the windshield and roof. Select it, press CTRL+U. select blues and turn the lightness down. I also think the carbon fiber is too big, if you have the Wrap option in free transform use that to make it wrap around the bonnet and use the blur tool to make it fade away on the far side of the.
