It's spelt matte*
A good try at least with some cool ideas!
Matte paint is always really hard to get right, especially in dark conditions like this underground carpark. What you need to remember with matte is that it reflects light in the same places as shiny paint, and almost as much light as shiny paint - but it scatters it, meaning you get a blurry reflection.
What I'm trying to say is make light areas light the same way you would if it was shiny paint

With indoor backdrops it's also important to remember that the car normally is darker on the surfaces facing upwards, and lighter lower down - if you look at yours this is the opposite way around.
The only other issue I see is that the backdrop doesn't quite fit
But the rest is very nice!

Really like the neon and the break light - these actually look quite convincing
So some cool ideas and a good try at brushing - Keep it up
