like the idea, simple but looks nice. like the color combo on this chop, but those wheels are in low-res, rear wheel off just HooPee said, IMO is the rear wheel has the same donnor with the front ? next time, try to pick rear and front wheel from the donnor (kalo ngambil velg coba ambil depan sama blakangnya jgn salah satunya aja soalny jdnya rada off gitu, sorry kalo inggrisnya jelek 
), last thing is the 'domo kun' doll is off, try to rotate it clockwise. other than, its nice

german cars dont need so much editing as the other ones so good choice of the base image... nice change of the colour> work with pen? good for you, work with laso tool? learn with pen 
and try to change BG or something... There is nearly nothing to write about

Satwike made some good points - it's worth while listening to them
But you've made a good effort with this, and some really nice ideas
The only thing really that's left for me to add is that the colour is completely desaturated now - If you look at a grey or silver car in real life, you will see it still has some colour, as it reflects everything a bit like a mirror. So basically it just needs a bit of the yellowish ground colour adding in lower down, and some blue-ish sky colour adding to it higher up
