Ok, I think Construct's comment may be a little bit harsh, but I think that's more to do with how a lot of people c+p whole chops (as you have seen in that public service thread thingy).
However he has got a point - this isn't up to your usual standard of work, and because of the way you've copied and pasted parts, it no longer looks like a 190e w201 any more

It's lost all of the shapes that make it unique, and the entire angle/ perspective of the car feels to have changed from the base
If you'd just have put a bit more time to modify shapes and reflections to the original lines, this could have been a brilliant chop. I understand that you are busy - but chopping doesn't have to be a race/ rush - even if it takes 2 or 3 months, if you come out with something good then it's worth the time even if you don't make it for the competition.
So maybe bear that in mind next time, because I know you can do better
