Looks good but I feel like you could have done a bit more with the background. The overal picture looks a bit empty/boring now in my opinion.
Chop itself is well done, just where the BMW logo was, it's a bit smudgy. And why clean the logo but not the 530i?
That's the second pointer, it's a BMW 530i, not 5301

I agree with Sam, and turn on the taillights, It will look more good!

I think the top of the painting should be more blue-ish or orange-ish, like you did on the bumper, because it reflects the sky. Otherwise its not bad, I like the effected version more.
