Simple but effective - looks very nice indeed
It's a shame that the picture isn't bigger, but from what I can see there aren't many errors, the design is cool, and all the new parts fit well

Few small things to perhaps fix and post an update:

• Car looks a bit bright for this bg, try increasing the brightness of the surrounds
• Window reflections are a bit dark, where a lot of light hits the windows (such as cloud reflections) these should reflect brightly
• Neon looks a bit pasted, try changing the layer mode to 'screen' or 'colour dodge'
