It' is by no means a bad attempt. So I will try and offer some advice
->Try and find a reference picture - so another car with shiny black paint - then copy the colours and reflections you see in your brushing - so use the colour picker tool

->Make clear selections - there are often bands of colour from light to dark that need to be present
->Highlights in paint often look almost white, and shouldn't be blurry unless it's matte paint
->Take your time and experiment until it looks good

As for the rest of the chop, the styling is pretty cool

I like those arches and the design of the rear lights - they're pretty cool
But keep it up

Maybe try and mix c+p with brush for a better result while your brushing improves
