Oh my bad, I thought that it was a wip.

For the chop, nice small mods actually, but the color looks a little too saturated, and the major mistake of the chop is the mesh, they looked flat and toony.

was better to use a lighter color..
try some dark custom headlights..

Very cool 240z, I would have looking like this If I ever have one.

My C&C would be as tuneR97 said the color of the car is too saturated so it does not look realistic.

Also I see you smudge the back of the car / background area, look into using the clone tool
