why not try just simple lowering and wheel change to get yourself started?

I think the above votes are reasonable, but both replies are ridiculous. How do you expect someone to improve with comments like that?

You've got some nice ideas, the main problem with the picture is that you've gone for some crazy effects instead of some simple styling to get yourself started. There's nothing wrong with jumping in at the deep end when you start, but it's not advisable. The execution isn't bad, but the styling isn't for me.

When you're brushing smoke, try not to make it too transparent right near the wheels, make it nice and thick and billowing for drifting cars, then fading as it gets further away. Also, the blue lights you've put on seem over saturated (too much colour in them) for that time of day, tone them down slightly or play with some layer modes to see what you can do.
Hello.
I said the same thing but with alot less words, just start out more simple, what's ridiculous about that?

Although I said both replies are ridiculous, it was more aimed at the first comment.

You didn't really say what was wrong with his chop is what I meant.
