Bought a Creative Soundblaster Z soundcard for my pc. The difference is pretty big, super happy. It also removed a really really annoying sound I had in my right ear.



Also bought a new WD Black series The old one is making a lot of sounds and I'd rather move over all my things now and retire the old one before it completely shuts down on me.

Xiaomi redmi note 5 global

nice! I have a mi mix 2 and I'm loving it.

I had Leagoo Kiicaa Mix that is similar to the Xiaomi Mi Mix 1 but it had few flaws on it that made it not very good to use. And as this Redmi Note 5 was in the range of my budget. I dont play games on phones, so i dont need a flagship device and everything under 200 euro is good for me. This redmi note 5 i got for 172 euro only. I went with 3/32GB version. Weird thing is that gold and rose gold color go for between 145-150 euro.

I would like to have something smaller but the market today dont have anything smaller then 5.7 to 6.2 inch screens that have low bezels. Or there is but the price is just to high for me or for what i need the phone for. I have had most of my phones Nokia's but now these are to expensive for the hardware and nothing special about them with there stock android on them. Even with my last Leagoo the built quality was good enough for the 92 euro price i got it for and tbh i dont get the quality difference in any phones as thin metal body is better built when it has better brand name. I dont think so.

Most of the compact phones today are either from Sony, Samsung, Nokia or Apple that all are brand expensive phones and mostly have flagship hardware on them or middle range hardware with flagship devices price.

But so far i am pleased with this phone. Battery is big and it last me for 3 days without charging but as i have had it only 5 days i cant say much for it as from the box it had 75% full battery.

Very nice! I might have to make a post about my setup as well as I recently rebuilt it. Plus i just bought a new 27" 1440p Gsync monitor.

For the last many weeks/ months, I've been saving my paychecks so I can have a go at shooting videos, these are all the things I've bought new.
