Sorry to ruin your party, but the UV's aren't exactly great at anything except protecting your lens, especially not the cheap ones. If you want something that actually does anything, get a ND-filter or polarizer.

I told him to buy a cpl filter to get rid of reflections when shooting black cars, fingers croseed he just found a wrong image.
