cheers
You might be able to fit 2 shells over that? Or is that what you're already planning to do? keep that small dark impact one on to cover/protect the electrics, then put the standard 200mm wrx shell over that. That might be a good idea so it's got the looks while still saving the internals.

For my 4x4 off road truck before I took it on the beach sand and dunes, I modified the standard monster truck shell myself, i used the aluminum from a coke can, rubber from a bike tyre and some silicon to sand-proof the shell pretty well. It worked like a charm
looks like a lot of fun, I like building the cars even more than using them, so I guess my 1 year old will be getting his first brushless motor car soon ;)
Some men just want to watch the world doing burnouts... :P

mark thats the reason why I bought the Dark Impact one :P
to have a protection for snow and dust etc against electric stuff.
its stuck on with doulbe sided tape so its all good

its painted now and i have added some stickers, but i had a total fail with the front and rear windshield sticker, the front riped :/ and the rear has air bubles its so hard as the sticker is insanly STRONG, but its thing .
oh well its my first car its just for testing anyway gonna get a panda Ae86 with flip lights body and a S15 soon to be added

il post some pictures 2morrow for all to see
