I think they want you to create a document saying something like:
"I hereby allow Chinatuning to use this specific artwork for one line of products. Signature _______________
Artwork.jpg attached"

It's basically a document clearly saying what it is (short description of the work such as "image of this car model at sunset") and what they can (for example, permission to use as box art for their product) and can not do (for example, re-sell the rights to another company because the copyright is still yours) with it. And with your signature and artist name like Nicklas wrote.
