on the small resolution, this looks pretty good - and I must say, design wise its spot on...
however there are several issues I have with the chop
->brushing is very blurry around front vents, and quite messy around parts of the splitter
->DC logo is off
->messy selection around the far edge of the sideskirt - its very boxy - you used polygonal lasso didn't you?
->bonnet is very blurry and low quality
->rear wheel is off (slightly)

but overall its not something to be too upset about, it looks pretty damn cool acually, but its these little mistakes that spoil it - so really try and focus on removing all the little mistakes in your next chop

and i do like the chop - I was just pointing out how you could make it better, so i could try and help you

for the brushing thing, try and find a reference picture to copy from that way you can see how the reflections should look
