I have to agree with VTU.
The girl is a little but small and I think you should try to blend it more in the backgroug. lots of factors can show this for example the dude looking away from her is a -ve point.
What I say by blending her in the whole work is maker 'less stand out' as the rest of the whole piece.
Its kind of difficult for me to explain but look at the whole car and look at the girl the thing that I notice first is that the girl is very very well defined. very good quality (I mean the image, not the girl herself.. ok shes pretty but..) back to the point. you have to get the chop and the girl in the same color mood/tones or whatever needed
