nothing wrong updating a chop dude, thats the idea of posting on forums, to get feedback and do better with your next chop or update the current chop, as said the only mistake is the oversaturated paint and a generally rushed feel to it, this is an easy fix, just fix the paint, sort out the blurry parts/jagged edges etc.
But everything the guys before me have said is right, dont rush with your work you wont get demoted for being a slow chopper, but you might if your rushed work isnt up to scratch, heck i havent posted a new chop in ages haha its quality not quantity that counts, we were all the same popping out loads of new chops but eventually slow down and the quality improves, just look at the thread count on the main page, new choppers has the most, then it goes down as the rank rises this is obviously because the better chops and more detailed/bigger projects take more time, so get some sleep, slow down, take alot more time with each chop and you will definitly improve
