I'm guessing that's sarcasm?! I don't think anyone asks for permission to chop bases, IMO the S15 doesn't matter because he has rebrushed everything and nothing is even the same as the photo, he has just used the shapes/outline from the car.
Also your watermark is still one the base he used!

it is his pic and if he wants it removed from here i think it would be only nice to do so. and also should be too, just a matter of respect.

the work based on his pic is totally different though and that is lots harder to know how it goes legally (i guess in finland it would go as totally "own piece" which is not connected to source pics rights (aslong as it is totally "own" and independent piece") but about that im not so sure.

so i would think it is only reasonable and nice to show respect to another artist to remove his work from this site if he doesnt want it to be here.
