The update looks cool, the rims are heaps heaps better The red accents enhance the car alot. U should do a bg swap and see if u can put it in a city environment imo

Cleaning is done well, although I doubt they clean the fuel cap a lot irl ^^
Stance is good and rims look nice on the car, with the color combination. Too bad they are a bit blurry, you could try to sharpen them a bit, maybe it looks worse, don't know, but you can try!
Also, the rear one is a bit off, its too wide now, you can try pushing it a bit together horizontally. If it's not too much no one will notice.
The 'dubway' decal looks transparent now, in stead of putting it in overlay, try cutting away the white around it. This will give a much better result in the end
The mesh in between the headlights is well done, but doesn't suit the overall cleaned style.
I liked it better in the first version.
