Really nice work , very clean and simple design , nice color and stripes , wheels are fantastic , background isn't bad too .
About the "chickenpox" metallic effect , just duplicate the layer , move it a little so the "dots" could spread all around the paint , after that combine both layers and play with the opacity a bit , or maybe even try changing the layer style Nice work

A good try with the paint flakes! On some areas it looks good but the problem is that it's too uniform everywhere. The flakes should be more visible on and around the bright light reflections and also on these areas the flakes should be almost white. And from that, darker the area the darker the flake should be and because of that the flakes should not be visible at all on some areas.

Nice work on the car. Nice styling, very much something it's expected to see in a modified Skyline. Rear tire is a bit too bright. The rest is good!
