If the problem persists, upload the image to imageshack and post below,
then maybe one of us can look into it and work out exactly what the problem is.

Try what J_HUI said. Try renaming the image to something simple like: 123456.jpg

each time i try to upload this chop in My Chops ..it tells me "Please select JPG or PNG images for upload"

Going by your profile, it appears that you've got it sorted now. J_HUI mentioned the things to keep in mind. If you keep within those restrictions it should work everytime.
