I like the background a lot! Nice atmosphere!
But it looks totally unfinished, you should put an interior in and some headlights.
To make it look more like a Volvo C30 put the front grille back in (like in my sig)

And put more details in the paint like reflections of the road for example.
So, make an update and show us the result please!
