The only thing you need to fix here is the old bg through the rear window (i think? or am i wrong ) and remove some of the shadow on the rear rim - its a bit too dark.

I did it by;

1. De-saturating the red away from the car using the hue/saturation in the image/adjustments drop down.
2. Duplicated the layer to the screen adjustment.
3. Then I just blurred it a little and altered the curves. image/adjustment/curves.
