This chop is actually completely awesome!!
Seeing the techniques used in the video and the perfect use of the pen tool i'd say you're read for a promotion.
But you've got to fix those rims first!! They're really badly off

Other than that the brushing is of a very high standard and the design is simply mad!!
Great stuff. Despite the rims, i'll give it a 10 - this shouldn't be in novice.
