this is a great hobby i would love a nitro RTR drift car but i would have no idea where i could use it without fear of ripping up the chassis or having it get un over...there are a couple of local rc clubs but no nitro and none of them includes drift cars?i love the rs skyline but the wheels look tiny

Just go to an old car park, and I find that industrial areas have heaps of concreted areas which are brilliant to use (on weekends when they aren't in use by the workers), I have a HPI RS4 rtr nitro drifter and generally just use to use in on the road outside my house as well. It was a relatively quiet street, but even having said that u still just gotta keep on the lookout for cars every now and then of course. It's cool cos the rc car is actually faster than the real sized cars driving on the street lol
