It's good to try and train. However there are many errors.
The painting is unrealistic, toony, color also is not very realistic and missing the ambient reflections.
Missing a clear layer or dark on glasses, because it seems that no glasses.
The rims are low quality, you have to choose larger not to become pixelated.
And hardly a reflection on the road is so steep.

But nice try, see some tutorials and continues to work

ClaGS said it all, but here is how to fix the problems

->look at the base - you can see there are some almost white reflections right? you need to add them to your chop too
->add some of that white shading on the windows to the gap through the rear window, but lower the opacity slightly, then it will look like a window is covering it
->add some slightly greyish reflections to the paint towards the bottom as it reflects the road
