Looks good , the only thing that let's it down is the selections, they are quite sharp in some areas. You should definitely use the pen tool for selections instead of the lasso tool as it makes nice curves. Also another thing is to use a 0.2px or 0.3px feather on larger resolution images so the edges aren't so sharp. Keep it up!

i just dont like the headlights
very light,i think it looks fake

and the front wheel is off to me
(ferrari logo on the wheels,better to remove)

I wouldn't call this a vexel or a toon because nor the background or wheels are brushed.
Its actually just a toony chop. Looks good though. Crazy atmosphere!
